Return and Refund Policy

Terms of Return

At Style Adda, we value our customers' desires and expectations. We understand that after receiving an item, you might decide not to keep it due to reasons like size, color preference, or any other cause.

We prioritize product quality to match our customers' expectations. It can be disheartening to receive return requests citing defects or other reasons, especially when the product appears to have been used extensively.

Return Policy

  • Free Returns: We offer free returns within 24 hours of successful delivery.
  • No Money-Back Guarantee: Instead of refunds, you can exchange the product for any other item listed on our website.
  • 24-Hour Window: Returns or exchanges are not accepted if more than 24 hours have passed since you received the merchandise.
  • Return Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Failure to comply may result in a penalty.
  • Account Credit: If you do not want the same design, the product's value will be credited to your Style Adda account, usable for shopping within a year of the return date.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Some items are excluded from being returned, except if the item received is faulty, in which case we can offer an exchange or return.

Exchange Policy

  • If you don’t wish to buy new products immediately after returning an item, we can issue a credit amount to your Style Adda account, valid for six months from the return date. This amount can be used on any product within six months of the original purchase date.

Terms of Refund

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Non-Delivery: If the purchase is not delivered, has no tracking updates from the courier partner, and the payment was prepaid, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Delayed Delivery: If the order cannot be delivered within 14 working days due to natural calamities or other difficulties, confirmed by the courier partner, a refund can be processed.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Damaged/Missing Items: Items that are damaged or missing are not eligible for refunds but can be exchanged if applicable.
  • Reporting Time: Damaged or missing items must be reported via email or call within 24 hours of delivery, with at least three photographs attached to your return request. Issues not reported within 24 hours will not be eligible for replacements.

Processing Refunds

  • Inspection: After receiving your returned product (which takes 5-7 working days) and inspecting it (which might take 1-2 business days), we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
  • Approval: If approved, your refund or replacement will be processed within 2-3 business days, and a credit will be issued to your Style Adda account, usable for future purchases at Style Adda only.
  • Total Time: The entire process may take 10-12 business days.
