We follow a strict replacement-only policy.
1. Return Window
Customers must report issues within 3 days of delivery.
2. Eligible Cases
Replacement is only applicable if:

We do NOT accept returns for:

Incorrect selection

Minor variations in color/design

Used or damaged products by customer
4. Replacement Policy

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances
5. Proof Required
Customers must provide:

Unboxing video

Clear images of the issue
Without proper proof, requests will not be accepted.
6. Replacement Process
Once approved:

Replacement will be shipped within 2–4 business days
7. Return Shipping
In eligible cases, we will arrange return pickup or guide you accordingly.
